Senloq builds two things for UK manufacturers. Asset tracking, which shows where every job, trolley and tool is on your floor. And machine monitoring, which shows whether your machines are actually cutting. Each works on its own. Together, they tell you why production stopped.
Four things. You'll be able to tell from them whether we're the sort of outfit you want to deal with.
Every shift, someone walks the floor looking for a job, a trolley or a gauge. It never appears on a report, so it never gets fixed. Added up across a year, it's usually far bigger than anyone expects.
You can't fix a bottleneck you've only estimated. When sites measure properly for the first time, the problem is rarely where they'd have guessed. That gap is the whole job, and everything else is arguing about opinions.
Tags report where they are whether anyone scans them or not. Machine sensors read current whether anyone remembers or not. Any system that depends on people filling things in stops working the week you get busy.
A dashboard that gets opened twice and forgotten has cost you money, not saved it. If it doesn't change what happens on Monday morning, it isn't earning its subscription. That's why the improvement tracking sits alongside the measurement rather than being sold separately.
No case studies here yet. When there are, they'll have real numbers in them.
| What we are | Senloq Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17318388 |
|---|---|
| Where we are | United Kingdom. Install, support and accountability all in one place. |
| Who we sell to | UK manufacturers with jobs, kit and materials moving between operations, typically 50 to 250 people. Machine monitoring for machine shops of 8 to 50 machines. |
| Hardware | Location tags and ceiling receivers for asset tracking. The Senloq Node and clip-on sensors for machine monitoring. |
| Data protection | UK GDPR. Tags go on assets, not people. We hold contact details, location and machine data, nothing about individuals on the floor. |
| Support | Someone who knows the system answers the phone. There is no tier one. |
Every monitoring supplier gives you a Pareto chart. Very few help you act on it, because acting on it is consulting work and consulting doesn't scale like software.
We think that's the wrong way round. A chart that identifies tooling changeover as your biggest loss is only worth something if someone then reduces the changeover. So changeover reduction, line balancing and standard work are available alongside the system, and every action gets tracked against the downtime cause it targeted with the hours it gave back.
If you have a continuous improvement function already, you won't need that and we won't push it. If you don't, the software on its own will disappoint you.
A demo environment proves nothing. We'd rather walk your floor and run a pilot on your own site.
One area or a few machines first. If the results don't justify going further, we'll tell you that ourselves.
Metal affects tracking accuracy. Current sensing won't count your parts. It's on the product pages, not buried in a footnote.
Small company, direct line. That's the advantage of not being an enterprise vendor, and it's the one thing we'd not want to lose.
Twenty minutes on your floor. If it isn't worth doing, we'll say so.
